HOJ Management makes selected homes available from our portfolio. We are not a brokerage looking for listings, and we are not taking on outside rental-management clients through this website.
How we operate

This site exists to help serious applicants review real homes, understand the current numbers, and complete a full application before a private showing is scheduled.
The homes shown here are homes we own or have ownership in. HOJ is not advertising third-party property management services, and this website is not a place to submit outside homes for management.
On select homes, a lease-option path may be available. That path is never created by website copy. It is set only in a signed written agreement for the specific home.
